Summer is flying by, and so much has been happening around here!

My dad was finally home from the hospital after almost a month, we were so ready for that homecoming. But then we ended up right back there again. We are really hoping he is home soon and on the mend finally. Olivia left for camp (yes, already!), and we’re going to miss her big time. If you’ve followed me for a while, you already know what time it is.. the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is almost here, and I’m not even trying to play it cool about it.

Every year, I use this sale to stock up on all the things I know I’ll wear and use nonstop… especially my beauty favorites. They always feature so many of my go-to brands, from skincare to makeup to hair products I restock every single year. If you’re a beauty lover, don’t sleep on that section!

What makes this sale different is that it’s all brand new inventory…not clearance. These are the pieces that will be trending all year long, and they go on sale before the season even starts. Once the sale ends, prices go back up. It’s the perfect time to grab that coat you’ve been eyeing, refresh your denim drawer, or finally try that beauty product everyone’s been talking about.

Here’s what you need to know:

If you’re a Nordstrom cardmember, you get early access starting July 8 (your specific date depends on your Nordy Club status — so definitely check that before the sale begins!).
Everyone else can shop starting July 12, and the sale runs through August 3.
Prices go up August 4, and once items sell out, they don’t always restock — so planning ahead is key.
