It’s that time of year again when Nordstrom has their Anniversary Sale for the fall. This sale will be covered by so many and each will apply their style differently.
I love to shop for classic pieces that will last me all year and can be styled in multiple ways. If you are planning to shop the sale, make a wish list and stick to a budget. You can easily get tempted to go overboard and going into debt over a sale is never the answer. Each year I plan out what I need, and what I want and I create a wishlist based on that. Then I try to widdle down my list and only get what I can wear and share with you in as many ways as possible. So far everything I have seen listed from the sale has been a bit of repetition from last year and I am ok with that. There were so many pieces that I shopped from the sale last year and they are bringing them back in either a new color or because they are just that good. The designer sunglasses listed this year are oh so good and I can already see where my money will be going.
Since last year was such a hit with the way I covered the sale, I decided to bring my Mom and Charlotte back into the dressing room again. We plan to try on similar looks and give you a way to see 3 different body types and ages. We will share lots of laughter, behind the scenes, and much more.
My Nordstrom access level is “Ambassador” which means I will start shopping for the sale on July 14th. I will shoot a full try-on in stores and will save it to a highlight on my Instagram page.

Accessories
There are so many accessories this year that are screaming my name.
I also believe these will have a high sell-out risk, so be sure to add the items you want to your wishlist.
Women’s Fashion
If you haven’t tried the Wit & Wisdom denim yet, you are missing out.
There is an elastic waistband that allows the denim to move with the body. I will be sharing these on the day of the sale so you can see them styled by 3 different body types.
Nordstrom always has the best graphic tees. They will definitely sell out fast, so be ready to click buy if it’s on your list.
The circle barefoot dreams jacket is not one to miss, it’s always a best seller (and for good reason)
Beauty
There are so many items in the beauty department from this sale that have me doing so many dances.
I will be covering a lot of the beauty items during the sale. The Trish Mcevoy instant eye lift and eye base that I have used for YEARS is included in this sale. (OMG) If there is one thing you buy from the beauty department, definitely make it this one. I have tons of beauty tutorials using both of these and (IYKYK).
The barefoot dreams blanket has been around for years. I have both the dupe and the real ones and they honestly feel the same to me. My best advice is that if you want one, grab it while it’s on sale. They have added a few new prints this year.
Shoes
Steve Madden shoes are out again but with a bigger gold chain and if it’s anything like last year’s sale, they will FLY off the shelves.
If you are ordering online and are unsure of the sizes, my advice is to order both sizes while you can get them on sale and then return what you don’t need.
